1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the RAMP Workshop Management Portal, users agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations of the Government of India.
2. User Registration & Responsibilities
Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) registering on the portal must provide accurate Udyam Registration details. Providing false information may lead to cancellation of enrollment and forfeiture of certificate eligibility.
3. Workshop Conduct & Attendance
Participants are expected to maintain academic integrity during online and offline sessions. Attendance logs captured by the portal are final and subject to audit by the State Project Implementation Unit (SPIU).
4. Intellectual Property
All content, training materials, software modules, and portal designs are the property of the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Government of India.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
